The GlucoSensor™ Q Starter Set is priced at €89.95. It includes two GlucoSensor™ Q sensors, each designed for up to 14 days of continuous glucose monitoring. Together, the two sensors provide up to 4 weeks of continuous insight into your glucose patterns. No separate transmitter is required, so you can get started straight away.
Yes. The GlucoSensor™ Q sensor is CE-marked in accordance with the applicable requirements of the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR). The CE marking indicates that the device has been assessed for conformity with the relevant European requirements for safety and performance.
At this time, GlucoSensor™ Q is primarily offered as a self-pay CGM system and we do not currently have reimbursement agreements with health insurers. Coverage for CGM systems can vary depending on the country, the insurer and the individual policy.
The GlucoSensor™ Q sensor has an IP27 water-resistance rating and is designed for normal daily activities, including showering and swimming. The sensor can withstand temporary immersion in water, but should not be submerged deeper than 1 metre or for longer than 30 minutes.
If a GlucoSensor™ Q reading does not match how you feel or what you expect, check your glucose using a blood glucose meter before making treatment decisions. CGM readings are measured in interstitial fluid and may differ from blood glucose values, especially when glucose levels are changing quickly.
