Ordering your GlucoSensor™ system

  1. Visit our webshop: Choose from our product options – the Starter Kit, Sensor 3-Pack, or 3-Month Plan.
  2. Add to cart and checkout: Select your preferred option and proceed to checkout. The Starter Kit is essential for new users.
  3. Complete your purchase: During the checkout process, you will need to create a user account. Your username and password will be required to activate the GlucoSensor™ app and start monitoring.

Setting up your GlucoSensor™ CGM system

  • Download the app: Start by downloading the GlucoSensor™ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Log in to the app: Open the app and log in using the credentials you created during the ordering process.
  • Sensor placement: Place the sensor on your body as instructed in the Quick Guide or video tutorials – typically on the abdomen or the back of the upper arm.
  • Attach the transmitter: Connect the reusable transmitter to the sensor. The transmitter is a key component of the system and can last up to three years.
  • Pair the transmitter: Tap the “Pair” button in the app and enter the transmitter’s serial number (SN). Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled and that the transmitter is properly connected to the sensor. The transmitter will then pair with your phone.
  • Activation: Once paired, the sensor will initiate a 1-hour warm-up period, after which it will start monitoring your glucose levels.
